Abstract
(EN) Provided is a machine tool control device that makes it possible to alleviate shock generated in a machine tool during an oscillation cutting process. A control device 1 for a machine tool that carries out a process by relatively oscillating a tool and a workpiece is provided with: an oscillation command generation unit 13 that generates an oscillation command on the basis of an oscillation condition; an oscillation start/end determination unit 14 that determines start/end of oscillation on the basis of the oscillation command; and a position speed control unit 18 that relatively oscillates the tool and the workpiece on the basis of a superimposed command generated by superimposing the oscillation command on a moving command according to a determination result of the oscillation start/end determination unit 14. The oscillation start/end determination unit 14 determines start/end of oscillation when the absolute value of the oscillation command is no greater than a predetermined value.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de machine-outil qui permet d'atténuer les chocs générés dans une machine-outil pendant un processus de coupe par oscillation. Un dispositif de commande (1) pour une machine-outil qui met en œuvre un processus par une oscillation relative d'un outil et d'une pièce comporte : une unité de génération d'instruction d'oscillation (13) qui génère une instruction d'oscillation sur la base d'une condition d'oscillation ; une unité de détermination de début/fin d'oscillation (14) qui détermine le début/la fin de l'oscillation sur la base de l'instruction d'oscillation ; et une unité de commande de vitesse de position (18) qui fait osciller l'outil et la pièce sur la base d'une instruction superposée générée par une superposition de l'instruction d'oscillation sur une instruction de déplacement en fonction d'un résultat de détermination de l'unité de détermination de début/fin d'oscillation (14). L'unité de détermination de début/fin d'oscillation (14) détermine le début/la fin de l'oscillation lorsque la valeur absolue de l'instruction d'oscillation n'est pas supérieure à une valeur prédéterminée.
(JA) 揺動切削加工において工作機械に生じるショックを低減できる工作機械の制御装置を提供すること。工具とワークを相対的に揺動させながら加工する工作機械の制御装置1であって、揺動条件に基づいて揺動指令を生成する揺動指令生成部13と、揺動指令に基づいて揺動の開始/終了を判定する揺動開始/終了判定部14と、揺動開始/終了判定部14の判定結果に応じて揺動指令を移動指令に重畳することにより生成される重畳指令に基づいて、工具とワークとを相対的に揺動させる位置速度制御部18と、を備え、揺動開始/終了判定部14は、揺動指令の絶対値が規定値以下である場合に揺動の開始/終了を判定する、工作機械の制御装置1である。
