Abstract
(EN) This light emitting device comprises: a light-emitting element; and an insoluble film (6) which covers the light-emitting element. The insoluble film (6) includes one each of an inorganic insoluble layer (26) and an organic insoluble layer (27). The organic insoluble layer (27) contains a polymer material that includes an inorganic atom and a nitrogen atom and/or an oxygen atom in the molecular chain.
(FR) Ce dispositif électroluminescent comprend : un élément électroluminescent ; et un film insoluble (6) qui recouvre l'élément électroluminescent. Le film insoluble (6) comprend une couche insoluble inorganique (26) et une couche insoluble organique (27). La couche insoluble organique (27) contient un matériau polymère qui comprend un atome inorganique et un atome d'azote et/ou un atome d'oxygène dans la chaîne moléculaire.
