The purpose of the present invention is to quickly determine bacterial growth when detecting bacteria while culturing same. This disposable bacteria container is provided with an optical sensor unit which determines whether bacteria are growing in a transparent culture body having a cap, the optical sensor unit being provided with a fluorescent sensor having a fluorescent intensity that varies according to the residual amount of oxygen that remains after consumption by bacteria. Through the disposable bacteria container, bacterial growth is measured by measuring the intensity of fluorescence emitted from the optical sensor unit to the inside of the transparent culture body. Such non-contact measurement addresses the problems of inspector safety and limited space for the separate checking of cultures, the problems having arisen from using inspection devices for liquid cultures. Therefore, the disposable bacteria container has the effect of enabling the rapid real-time reading of a bacterial culture state and a positive determination for a culture.
