In alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide after addition of magnesium sulphate after 1–3 minutes orthoboric acid is introduced in molar ratio hydrogen peroxide / orthoboric acid (H2O2/H3BO3) = 285÷850, wherein sodium and potassium hydroxides are introduced into the liquid phase simultaneously in two portions with interval of 6–10 minutes such that the temperature in the synthesis zone does not exceed 60 °C.
