The present application discloses a charging and disinfecting base and a control circuit. The charging and disinfecting base comprises a housing having a hollow structure. The housing is provided with an insertion opening for inserting electric equipment. A charging device for charging the electric equipment is provided on an inner side wall of the housing. A disinfection and sterilization device is provided on an inner side wall of the housing. A PCB board is provided at the bottom of the housing. The charging device and the disinfection and sterilization device are respectively electrically connected to the PCB board. The control circuit is used to control the charging and sterilizing circuits of the charging and disinfecting base. The present invention has the advantage of high working efficiency by virtue of simultaneous charging and sterilization. When a brush head of the electric equipment is inserted into the housing from the upper opening, the charging device charges a charging receiving coil of the electric equipment. Meanwhile, the PCB board will automatically activate the disinfection and sterilization device so as to sterilize the brush head of the electric equipment. The PCB board can automatically start, time, and end disinfection and sterilization on time and automatically cut off power. The whole process is completed fully automatically.
