Abstract

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional object using 3D printing and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a desired pattern is produced in a flat shape by applying a 3D printing technology and then the desired pattern is easily formed into a desired three-dimensional shape by using a mold, and thus, a support is not required for producing a three-dimensional object and a three-dimensional object with various textile patterns can be simply and easily produced. The method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object using 3D printing according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: (S1) inputting pattern information of a pattern sheet to a 3D printer; (S2) mounting a base sheet on a working bed of the 3D printer; (S3) forming a pattern sheet in a flat shape having a predetermined pattern by outputting a thermoplastic resin filament onto the base sheet according to the pattern information input to the 3D printer; (S4) placing, on a mold having a three-dimensional shape, a composite of the pattern sheet output and bonded onto the base sheet and heating the composite to a predetermined temperature range to form the composite of the base sheet and the pattern sheet into a three-dimensional shape corresponding to the mold; and (S5) manufacturing the composite into a three-dimensional object having a final three-dimensional shape by finishing the border of the composite of the base sheet and the pattern sheet, the composite being formed into the shape corresponding to the three-dimensional shape of the mold.

La présente invention concerne un objet tridimensionnel utilisant une impression 3D et son procédé de fabrication, un motif souhaité étant produit sous une forme plate par application d'une technologie d'impression 3D, puis le motif souhaité est facilement façonné en une forme tridimensionnelle souhaitée à l'aide d'un moule, et ainsi, un support n'est pas nécessaire pour produire un objet tridimensionnel et un objet tridimensionnel avec divers motifs textiles peut être produit simplement et facilement. Le procédé de fabrication d'un objet tridimensionnel à l'aide d'une impression 3D selon la présente invention peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : (S1) entrer des informations de motif d'une feuille de motif sur une imprimante 3D ; (S2) monter une feuille de base sur un lit de travail de l'imprimante 3D ; (S3) former une feuille de motif sous une forme plate ayant un motif prédéterminé par la sortie d'un filament de résine thermoplastique sur la feuille de base selon les informations de motif entrées dans l'imprimante 3D ; (S4) mettre en place, sur un moule ayant une forme tridimensionnelle, un composite de la sortie de feuille de motif et lié sur la feuille de base et le chauffage du composite à une plage de température prédéterminée pour former le composite de la feuille de base et de la feuille de motif en une forme tridimensionnelle correspondant au moule ; et (S5) fabriquer le composite en un objet tridimensionnel ayant une forme tridimensionnelle finale par finition de la bordure du composite de la feuille de base et de la feuille de motif, le composite étant façonné en forme correspondant à la forme tridimensionnelle du moule.

본 발명은 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용하여 원하는 패턴을 평면 형태로 제작한 다음, 몰드를 이용하여 원하는 입체 형상으로 용이하게 성형함으로써 입체 형상물의 제작에 서포트를 필요로 하지 않으며, 간단하고 용이하게 다양한 텍스타일 패턴의 입체 형상물을 제작할 수 있는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 입체 형상물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 3D 프린팅을 이용한 입체 형상물을 제조하는 방법은, (S1) 3D 프린터에 패턴시트의 패턴 정보를 입력하는 단계; (S2) 베이스시트를 3D 프린터의 작업 베드 상에 안착시키는 단계; (S3) 3D 프린터에 입력된 패턴 정보에 따라 상기 베이스시트 위에 열가소성 수지 필라멘트를 출력하여 정해진 패턴을 갖는 평판 형태로 패턴시트를 만드는 단계; (S4) 상기 베이스시트 상에 출력되어 접합된 패턴시트의 복합체를 입체 형상을 갖는 몰드 위에 안착시키고 정해진 온도 범위로 가열하여 베이스시트와 패턴시트의 복합체를 몰드와 대응하는 입체 형태로 성형하는 단계; 및, (S5) 몰드의 입체 형태와 대응하는 형태로 성형된 베이스시트와 패턴시트의 복합체의 테두리를 마무리 가공하여 최종적인 입체 형태를 갖는 입체 형상물로 제조하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.(대표도 도 1)
