This display component is provided with a back plate, a display medium layer, and a counter substrate, which are sequentially stacked. The back plate comprises a first insulating substrate, a plurality of gate wires provided on the first insulating substrate and extending in a first direction, a plurality of source wires crossing the gate wires, a thin-film transistor having a gate electrode connecting with the gate wire, a source electrode connecting with the source wire, and a drain electrode, and pixel electrodes each connected to the drain electrode, electrically connecting with the display medium layer, and provided in a matrix along the first direction and the second direction on the first insulating substrate, the display medium layer has electrophoretic particles, the counter substrate comprises a second insulating substrate and a transparent electrode electrically connecting with the display medium layer, and, in plan view, at least part of the source wire is included in a gap between the pixel electrodes arranged in the first direction.

La présente invention concerne un composant d'affichage pourvu d'une plaque arrière, d'une couche de support d'affichage et d'un contre-substrat, qui sont empilés de manière séquentielle. La plaque arrière comprend un premier substrat isolant, une pluralité de fils de grille disposés sur le premier substrat isolant et s'étendant dans une première direction, une pluralité de fils de source croisant les fils de grille, un transistor à couches minces ayant une électrode de grille connectée au fil de grille, une électrode de source connectée au fil de source, et une électrode de drain, et des électrodes de pixel connectées chacune à l'électrode de drain, se connectant électriquement avec la couche de support d'affichage, et disposées dans une matrice le long de la première direction et de la seconde direction sur le premier substrat isolant, la couche de support d'affichage a des particules électrophorétiques, le contre-substrat comprend un second substrat isolant et une électrode transparente connectée électriquement à la couche de support d'affichage, et, dans une vue en plan, au moins une partie du fil de source est comprise dans un espace entre les électrodes de pixel agencées dans la première direction.
