Abstract

This welding device is provided with a laser emitting unit (10), and a gas ejecting unit (20). The laser emitting unit (10) emits a laser (L) to a condensing point (C). The gas ejecting unit (20) ejects a gas (G) toward a peripheral portion (P1) of the condensing point (C). The laser emitting unit (10) radiates the laser (L) at members (R1, R2) being welded, while moving relative to the members (R1, R2) being welded. The gas ejecting unit (20) ejects the gas (G) flowing in a direction opposite to the direction in which the condensing point (C) moves along the surface of the members (R1, R2) being welded.

Ce dispositif de soudage est pourvu d'une unité d'émission de laser (10) et d'une unité d'éjection de gaz (20). L'unité d'émission de laser (10) émet un laser (L) vers un point de condensation (C). L'unité d'éjection de gaz (20) éjecte un gaz (G) vers une partie périphérique (P1) du point de condensation (C). L'unité d'émission de laser (10) irradie le laser (L) sur des éléments (R1, R2) en train d'être soudés, tout en se déplaçant par rapport aux éléments (R1, R2) en train d'être soudés. L'unité d'éjection de gaz (20) éjecte le gaz (G) s'écoulant dans une direction opposée à la direction dans laquelle se déplace le point de condensation (C) le long de la surface des éléments (R1, R2) en train d'être soudés.

溶接装置は、レーザ出射部(10)と、ガス噴射部(20)と、を備える。レーザ出射部(10)は、集光点(C)にレーザ(L)を出射する。ガス噴射部(20)は、集光点(C)の周辺部(P1)に向けてガス(G)を噴射する。レーザ出射部(10)は、溶接対象部材(R1、R2)に対して相対的に移動しながら溶接対象部材(R1、R2)にレーザ(L)を照射する。ガス噴射部(20)は、溶接対象部材(R1、R2)における集光点(C)の表面を移動方向とは逆向きの方向に流れるガス(G)を噴射する。
