The purpose of the present invention is to provide an input shaft system that makes it possible to accurately measure the shaft torque of an input shaft. This input shaft system (JS) comprises, as principal components, a low-inertia motor (110) that makes an input shaft (150) rotate, an intermediate bearing device (100) that is provided between the low-inertia motor (110) and a test piece (300) and rotatably supports the input shaft (150), and a shaft torque meter (102) that is provided between the intermediate bearing device (100) and the low-inertia motor (110) and measures the torque exerted on the input shaft (150). The intermediate bearing device (100) has a damping function whereby the vibration applied to the input shaft (150) is reduced by means of an oil film formation region (R5).

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un système d'arbre d'entrée qui permet de mesurer avec précision le couple d'arbre d'un arbre d'entrée. Ce système d'arbre d'entrée (JS) comprend, en tant que composants principaux, un moteur à faible inertie (110) qui amène un arbre d'entrée (150) en rotation, un dispositif de palier intermédiaire (100) qui est disposé entre le moteur à faible inertie (110) et une pièce de test (300) et supporte de manière rotative l'arbre d'entrée (150), et un dispositif de mesure de couple d'arbre (102) qui est disposé entre le dispositif de palier intermédiaire (100) et le moteur à faible inertie (110) et mesure le couple exercé sur l'arbre d'entrée (150). Le dispositif de palier intermédiaire (100) présente une fonction d'amortissement grâce à laquelle la vibration appliquée à l'arbre d'entrée (150) est réduite au moyen d'une région de formation de film d'huile (R5).

本発明は、入力軸の軸トルクを正確に測定することができる入力軸システムを提供することを目的とする。そして、本発明の入力軸システム(JS)は、入力軸(150)を回転させる低慣性モータ(110)と、低慣性モータ(110)と供試体(300)との間に設けられ、入力軸(150)を回転自在に支持する中間軸受装置(100)と、中間軸受装置(100)と低慣性モータ(110)との間に設けられ、入力軸(150)に加わるトルクを計測する軸トルク計(102)とを主要構成要素として備えている。そして、中間軸受装置(100)は、入力軸(150)にかかる振動を油膜形成領域(R5)によって低減化する減衰機能を有している。
