A fuel cell device (100) is described, comprising a fuel cell stack (1) with a plurality of high temperature fuel cells (11), a first stack jacket (2) arranged to define boundaries of a first and second compartment (10; 20) arranged as a fuel agent inlet and outlet of the fuel cell stack (1), and of a third and fourth compartment (30; 40) arranged as an oxidizing agent inlet and outlet of the fuel cell stack (1), the fuel cell device (100) further comprising a second stack jacket (3) encompassing the first stack jacket (2) and arranged such that a fifth compartment (50) extending around the first stack jacket (2) is defined, wherein the first stack jacket (2) comprises a lateral opening (21) connecting the third compartment (30) with the fifth compartment (50) in a manner that the oxidizing agent is guided from the fifth compartment (50) to the third compartment (30) through the lateral opening (21) in order to enter the fuel cell stack (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de pile à combustible (100) comprenant un empilement de piles à combustible (1) avec une pluralité de piles à combustible à haute température (11), une première chemise d'empilement (2) agencée pour définir des limites d'un premier et d'un second compartiment (10;20) disposé en tant qu'entrée et sortie d'agent combustible de l'empilement de piles à combustible (1), et d'un troisième et d'un quatrième compartiment (30; 40) disposé en tant qu'entrée et sortie d'agent oxydant de l'empilement de piles à combustible (1), le dispositif de pile à combustible (100) comprenant en outre une seconde chemise d'empilement (3) englobant la première chemise d'empilement (2) et agencée de telle sorte qu'un cinquième compartiment (50) s'étendant autour de la première chemise d'empilement (2) est défini, la première chemise d'empilement (2) comprenant une ouverture latérale (21) reliant le troisième compartiment (30) avec le cinquième compartiment (50) de telle sorte que l'agent oxydant est guidé depuis le cinquième compartiment (50) vers le troisième compartiment (30) à travers l'ouverture latérale (21) afin d'entrer dans l'empilement de piles à combustible (1).
