A method for processing a data stream to identify a structure of the data stream includes receiving the data stream a sequence of characters, retrieving a set of rules for encoding characters into at least one token, and parsing the data stream. Parsing includes generating a plurality of tokens according to the set of rules. Each token represents a corresponding portion of the sequence of characters. Parsing includes forming a sequence of tokens from the plurality of tokens and assigning at least one attribute value describing the corresponding portion of the sequence of characters of the corresponding token to which the attribute value is assigned. The sequence of tokens are assigned to a cluster by determining that the sequence of tokens matches a pattern by which the cluster is characterized. The sequence of tokens is merged with the cluster. A representation of the cluster is output.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un flux de données pour identifier une structure du flux de données, qui comprend la réception du flux de données d'une séquence de caractères, la récupération d'un ensemble de règles pour coder des caractères en au moins un jeton, et l'analyse du flux de données. L'analyse comprend la génération d'une pluralité de jetons selon l'ensemble de règles. Chaque jeton représente une partie correspondante de la séquence de caractères. L'analyse comprend la formation d'une séquence de jetons à partir de la pluralité de jetons et l'attribution d'au moins une valeur d'attribut décrivant la partie correspondante de la séquence de caractères du jeton correspondant auquel la valeur d'attribut est attribuée. La séquence de jetons est attribuée à un groupe par détermination du fait que la séquence de jetons correspond à un motif par lequel le groupe est caractérisé. La séquence de jetons est fusionnée avec le groupe. Une représentation du groupe est délivrée en sortie.
