The method for manufacturing a conveyance roller according to the present invention has a resinous shaft part and a resinous tube part, the method characterized by comprising: a step of setting the resinous tube part in a mold and filling a melted molding resin in the tube to mold the resinous shaft part.

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de transport qui est peu coûteux et présente une précision de forme élevée, sur un rouleau de transport et sur un appareil de formation d'image d'électrophotographie équipé du rouleau de transport. Le procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de transport selon la présente invention comprend une partie arbre en résine et une partie tube en résine, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape consistant à mettre en place la partie tube en résine dans un moule et à remplir le tube d'une résine de moulage fondue pour mouler la partie arbre en résine.
