This electrical field generator (30), which includes electrodes (31a-31f, 32a-32f) and a voltage applying device (33) for applying a voltage to the electrodes (31a-31f, 32a-32f), and generates an electrical field in the space (S) of the storage (5), is provided with an electrical field controller (35) for controlling the voltage applied to the electrodes (31a-31f, 32a-32f). The electrical field controller (35) increases and decreases the voltage to be applied to the electrodes (31a-31f, 32a-32f) according to the state of the electrical field generated in the space (S) of the storage (5).

Selon l'invention, un organe de commande de champ électrique (35) qui commande la tension appliquée à des électrodes (31a à 31f et 32a à 32f), est agencé dans un dispositif de génération de champ électrique (30) équipé d'électrodes (31a à 31f et 32a à 32f), et d'un dispositif d'application de tension (33) destiné à appliquer une tension à ces électrodes (31a à 31f et 32a à 32f), et générant un champ électrique dans un espace interne (S) d'un contenant (5). L'organe de commande de champ électrique (35) augmente ou réduit la tension appliquée aux électrodes (31a à 31f et 32a à 32f) selon l'état du champ électrique généré dans l'espace interne (S) du contenant (5).

電極(31a~31f,32a~32f)と、該電極(31a~31f,32a~32f)に電圧を印加する電圧印加装置(33)とを備え、コンテナ(5)の庫内空間(S)に電場を発生させる電場発生装置(30)に、上記電極(31a~31f,32a~32f)に印加される電圧を制御する電場コントローラ(35)を設ける。電場コントローラ(35)は、コンテナ(5)の庫内空間(S)に発生した電場の状態に応じて、電極(31a~31f,32a~32f)に印加される電圧を増減させる。
