A polyalkylene ether glycol composition which contains a nitrogen-containing compound, wherein the content of the nitrogen-containing compound relative to a polyalkylene ether glycol is from 0.2 ppm by mass to 40 ppm by mass (inclusive) as a concentration in terms of nitrogen atoms. A method for producing this polyalkylene ether glycol composition through a purification step for reducing acetal contained in a polyalkylene ether glycol composition.

L'invention concerne une composition de polyalkylène éther glycol contenant un composé contenant de l'azote, la teneur du composé contenant de l'azote par rapport à un polyalkylène éther glycol étant de 0,2 ppm en masse à 40 ppm en masse (inclus) en tant que concentration en termes d'atomes d'azote. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de ladite composition de polyalkylène éther glycol par une étape de purification pour réduire l'acétal contenu dans une composition de polyalkylène éther glycol.

窒素含有化合物を含有するポリアルキレンエーテルグリコール組成物であって、ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールに対する窒素含有化合物の含有量が窒素原子換算濃度として0.2質量ppm以上40質量ppm以下であるポリアルキレンエーテルグリコール組成物。このポリアルキレンエーテルグリコール組成物を、ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコール組成物に含まれるアセタールを低減する精製工程を経て製造する方法。
