Phosphoramidate-based monomers are provided for use in the synthesis of expandable polymers for nanopore-based sensing. Such monomers comprising a reporter construct that contain a first reporter code, a symmetrical chemical brancher bearing a translocation control element, and a second reporter code, wherein the ends of the reporter construct are attached to phosphoramidate-nucleoside. Related methods and products are also provided.

L'invention concerne des monomères à base de phosphoramidate, destinés à être utilisés dans la synthèse de polymères expansibles pour une détection basée sur des nanopores. De tels monomères comprennent un produit de synthèse rapporteur qui contient un premier code rapporteur, un agent de ramification chimique symétrique portant un élément de commande de translocation, et un second code rapporteur, les extrémités du produit de synthèse rapporteur étant fixées à un phosphoramidate-nucléoside. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés et des produits associés.
