In embodiments, an electronic device includes: a foldable housing that includes a hinge, a first housing connected to the hinge, the first housing having a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite the first direction, and a second housing connected to the hinge and configured to be foldable with the first housing around the hinge, the second housing having a third surface facing a third direction and a fourth surface facing a fourth direction opposite the third direction. The first surface faces the third surface in a folded state, and the third direction is equal to the first direction in an unfolded state. The electronic device further includes a first display extending from the first surface to the third surface to define the first and third surfaces, a second display viewable through at least a part of the second or fourth surface, at least one sensor, a processor disposed in the first or second housing structure, and a memory operatively connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to display a plurality of applications on the first display in the unfolded state, to select at least one of the plurality of applications, based on an input or priorities of the plurality of applications, based on the at least one sensor detecting that the foldable housing is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, and to display the selected application on the second display.

Dans des modes de réalisation, la présente invention ‌concerne‌ un dispositif électronique qui comprend : un boîtier pliable qui comprend une charnière, un premier boîtier relié à la charnière, le premier boîtier ayant une première surface faisant face à une première direction et une seconde surface faisant face à une seconde direction opposée à la première direction, et un second boîtier relié à la charnière et conçu de façon à être pliable avec le premier boîtier autour de la charnière, le second boîtier ayant une troisième surface faisant face à une troisième direction et une quatrième surface faisant face à une quatrième direction opposée à la troisième direction. La première surface fait face à la troisième surface dans un état plié, et la troisième direction est identique à la première direction dans un état déplié. Le dispositif électronique comprend en outre un premier écran s'étendant de la première surface à la troisième surface pour définir les première et troisième surfaces, un second dispositif d'affichage pouvant être visualisé à travers au moins une partie de la seconde ou de la quatrième surface, au moins un capteur, un processeur disposé dans la première ou la seconde structure de boîtier, et une mémoire connectée de manière fonctionnelle au processeur.
