In the present invention, a titanium metal substrate formed from pure titanium or a titanium alloy is subjected to a surface roughening treatment such that that surface roughness Ra thereof reaches 1.6-4.0μm, HAp powder is adhered to the entire surface or a part of the surface of the surface-roughened titanium metal substrate at a prescribed ratio, and the HAp powder is sintered to the surface of the metal substrate by retaining the titanium metal substrate, to which the HAp powder has been adhered, at a prescribed sintering temperature for 3-11 hours in an atmospheric, nitrogen gas, argon gas, oxygen gas or carbon dioxide gas atmosphere.

Selon la présente invention, un substrat métallique à base de titane fait de titane pur ou d'un alliage de titane est soumis à un traitement de rugosification de surface de telle sorte que la rugosité de surface Ra de celui-ci atteint 1,6 à 4,0 µm. Une poudre d'hydroxyapatite (HAp) est collée à la totalité de la surface ou à une partie de la surface du substrat métallique à base de titane à rugosification de surface selon un rapport prescrit, et la poudre d'hydroxyapatite est frittée sur la surface du substrat métallique par maintien du substrat métallique à base de titane auquel la poudre d'hydroxyapatite a été collée, à une température de frittage prescrite pendant 3 à 11 heures en atmosphère naturelle, d'azote gazeux, d'argon gazeux, d'oxygène gazeux ou de dioxyde de carbone gazeux.

純チタン又はチタン合金からなるチタン系金属基材表面を表面粗さRaが1.6μm以上4.0μm以下になるように粗面化処理し、粗面化処理したチタン系金属基材の表面全体又は表面の一部にHAp粉末を所定の割合で付着させ、HAp粉末が付着したチタン系金属基材を大気、窒素ガス、アルゴンガス、酸素ガス又は炭酸ガスの雰囲気下、所定の焼結温度で3時間以上11時間以下の間、保持することにより、HAp粉末を金属基材表面で焼結させる。
