Provided are a new method for rescuing an influenza virus and a composition therefor. The method comprises providing a host cell stably integrated with and expressing influenza virus PA, PB1, PB2 and NP genes, and introducing an influenza virus rescue system in which a stop codon is introduced into the PA, PB1, PB2 and NP genes respectively into the host cell to achieve virus rescue. The produced virus particles can be used as a live attenuated influenza vaccine, which is characterized in that, since the genes encoding the related proteins are mutated, it has no replication and proliferation ability in human and normal animal cells, and replication and proliferation can be achieved only in the host cells constructed above and it can fully stimulate the body immunity and effectively protect the body while ensuring the safety.

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé pour récupérer un virus de la grippe et une composition correspondante. Le procédé comprend l'utilisation d'une cellule hôte intégrant de manière stable le virus de la grippe et exprimant les gènes PA, PB1, PB2 et NP du virus de la grippe, et à introduire un système de récupération de virus de la grippe dans lequel un codon stop est introduit respectivement dans les gènes PA, PB1, PB2 et NP dans la cellule hôte pour obtenir la récupération du virus. Les particules virales produites peuvent être utilisées comme vaccin contre la grippe atténué vivant, ce dernier étant caractérisé en ce que, étant donné que les gènes codant pour les protéines associées sont mutés, il n'a pas de capacité de réplication et de prolifération dans les cellules animales normales et humaines, et la réplication et la prolifération peuvent être obtenues uniquement dans les cellules hôtes construites mentionnées ci-dessus, et ledit vaccin peut complètement stimuler l'immunité du corps et protéger efficacement le corps tout en garantissant la sécurité.
