Systems and methods of predicting temperature during a build of a three-dimensional (3D) part include determining a temperature profile at a plurality of layers of a part based on geometric characteristics of the 3D part as defined by a 3D part file, and adjusting a process parameter of the build based on the determined temperature.

Cette invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de prédiction de température pendant une construction d'un modèle tridimensionnel (3D), comprenant les étapes consistant à : déterminer un profil de température sur une pluralité de couches d'une pièce sur la base de caractéristiques géométriques de la pièce 3D telle que définie par un fichier de pièce 3D, et ajuster un paramètre de processus de la construction sur la base de la température déterminée.
