The present invention provides a system for leaching valuable metals from a waste de-NOx catalyst through alkali fusion. The system comprises: a supply part including a plurality of hopper tanks for supplying a fixed quantity of waste de-NOx catalysts or alkalis; a transfer part, disposed below the supply part, for mixing and transferring the waste de-NOx catalysts and the alkalis; a fusion part into which a mixture of the waste de-NOx catalysts and the alkalis, transferred through the transfer part, is introduced from one side, and a fusion solution is formed by heating the mixture, an impeller for stirring the fusion solution being provided on one side therein, a cover plate being provided on a surface therein, and the fusion solution being discharged downward through a discharge passage formed inside the cover plate; and a particle generating part including a blow unit, which is disposed below the fusion part to receive the fusion solution, and in which the fusion solution is cooled and particles are simultaneously generated by allowing fluids to flow in at one side while the fusion solution is dropping, a scattering unit which is disposed below the blow unit and which strikes and scatters the dropping particles by tilting a disc rotating at a certain speed, and an inclined plate which is disposed below the scattering unit and which transfers the falling particles among the scattered particles in a certain direction.

La présente invention concerne un système de lixiviation de métaux précieux à partir d'un catalyseur de dénitrification de déchets par fusion alcaline. Le système comprend : une partie d'alimentation comprenant une pluralité de réservoirs à trémie pour fournir une quantité fixe de catalyseurs de dénitrification de déchets ou d'alcalis ; une partie de transfert, disposée au-dessous de la partie d'alimentation, pour mélanger et transférer les catalyseurs de dénitrification de déchets et les alcalis ; une partie de fusion dans laquelle un mélange des catalyseurs de dénitrification de déchets et des alcalis, transférés à travers la partie de transfert, est introduit d'un côté, et une solution de fusion est formée en chauffant le mélange, une turbine pour agiter la solution de fusion étant disposée sur un côté de celle-ci, une plaque de recouvrement étant disposée sur une surface à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et la solution de fusion étant évacuée vers le bas à travers un passage d'évacuation formé à l'intérieur de la plaque de recouvrement ; et une partie de génération de particules comprenant une unité de soufflage, qui est disposée au-dessous de la partie de fusion pour recevoir la solution de fusion, et dans laquelle la solution de fusion est refroidie et des particules sont générées simultanément en permettant aux fluides de s'écouler d'un côté tandis que la solution de fusion goutte, une unité de dispersion qui est disposée au-dessous de l'unité de soufflage et qui frappe et diffuse les particules gouttant par inclinaison d'un disque tournant à une certaine vitesse, et une plaque inclinée qui est disposée au-dessous de l'unité de dispersion et qui transfère les particules tombant parmi les particules dispersées dans une certaine direction.

본 발명은 폐탈질촉매 또는 알칼리를 정량으로 공급하는 복수개의 호퍼탱크를 구비한 공급부; 상기 공급부 하측에 배치되고 상기 폐탈질촉매 및 알칼리를 혼합하여 이송하는 이송부; 일측으로 상기 이송부를 통하여 이송된 폐탈질촉매 및 알칼리 혼합물이 내부로 도입되고, 상기 혼합물을 가열하여 용융액을 형성하며, 내부 일측에는 상기 용융액을 교반하는 임펠러가 구비되고, 내부 일면에는 커버판이 구비되며 상기 커버판 내측으로 배출유로가 형성되어 상기 용융액이 하측으로 배출되는 용융부; 및 상기 용융부 하측에 배치되어 상기 용융액이 도입되고, 일측에 상기 용융액이 하강하는 동안 유체를 유입시켜 상기 용융액을 냉각함과 동시에 입자를 생성하는 블로우유닛과, 상기 블로우유닛 하측에 배치되며 일정 속도로 회전하는 디스크를 틸팅하여 낙하하는 상기 입자를 충격하여 비산시키는 비산유닛, 및 상기 비산유닛의 하측에 배치되며 비산된 상기 입자 중 낙하하는 입자를 일방향으로 이송시키는 경사판을 구비하는 입자생성부;를 포함하는 알칼리 용융에 의한 폐탈질촉매로부터 유가금속 침출 시스템을 제공한다.
