The present invention relate generally to near infrared luminescent material excited by near infrared ray and method of manufacturing the same, and to be more specific, the method comprising: a) mixing, as host material, a compound including ytterbium salt, yttrium salt, silicon salt and vanadium salt or a compound including ytterbium, yttrium oxide, silicon dioxide and vanadium oxide with one or more species of a lanthan metal oxide selected from a group comprising Nd 3+ and Er 3+ as an activation agent (M) or metal, or proceeding without an activation agent; b) increasing the temperature of compounds obtained from a) step and heat-treating at 900 ~ 1100 ℃ to manufacture a luminescent powder; and c) crushing the luminescent powder using a crusher.

La présente invention concerne, de manière générale, un matériau à luminescence infrarouge proche excité par un rayonnement infrarouge proche et son procédé de fabrication et, plus spécifiquement, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) le mélange, en tant que matériau hôte, d'un composé comprenant un sel d'ytterbium, un sel d'yttrium, un sel de silicium et un sel de vanadium ou un composé comprenant de l'ytterbium, de l'oxyde d'yttrium, du dioxyde de silicium et de l'oxyde de vanadium avec une ou plusieurs espèces d'un oxyde métallique de lanthane choisi dans un groupe comprenant Nd3+ et Er3+ en tant qu'agent d'activation (M) ou métal, ou en l'absence d'agent d'activation; b) l'augmentation de la température des composés obtenus à l'étape a) et un traitement thermique à 900 ~ 1 100 °C pour fabriquer une poudre luminescente; et c) le broyage de la poudre luminescente à l'aide d'un broyeur.
