Provided is a method for making a mold of a gap between components, the method comprising: a step (S1) for preparing a curable composition M by mixing a resin material with a curing agent that promotes curing of the resin material; a step (S3) for cooling the curable composition (M) to a predetermined temperature at which curing of the curable composition (M) is not initiated, so as to manufacture a mold-making kit (K); a step (S4) for placing the mold-making kit (K) in a gap (G) between a first member (100) and a second member (120) so as to fill the gap (G); a step (S5) for curing the mold-making kit (K) between the first member (100) and the second member (120) to mold the mold-making kit (K) into the shape of the gap (G); and a step (S6) for removing the cured mold-making kit (K) from the gap (G).

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la production d'un moule d'une fente entre des éléments, le procédé comprenant : une étape (S1) consistant à préparer une composition durcissable (M) par mélange d'un matériau de résine avec un agent de durcissement qui favorise le durcissement du matériau de résine ; une étape (S3) consistant à refroidir la composition durcissable (M) à une température prédéterminée à laquelle le durcissement de la composition durcissable (M) n'est pas initié, de façon à fabriquer un kit de production de moule (K) ; une étape (S4) consistant à placer le kit de production de moule (K) dans une fente (G) entre un premier organe (100) et un second organe (120) de façon à remplir la fente (G) ; une étape (S5) consistant à durcir le kit de production de moule (K) entre le premier organe (100) et le second organe (120) en vue de mouler le kit de production de moule (K) sous la forme de la fente (G) ; et une étape (S6) consistant à retirer le kit de production de moule durci (K) de la fente (G).
