[Problem] To track a moving body having a positional information device with providing a unique ID of the positional information device. [Solution] An ID information providing device 100 comprises: a positional information acquisition unit 121 that acquires positional information of a positional information device 200 owned by a moving body; a recognition unit 122 that recognizes positional information of the moving body from ranging-point group data acquired from a rider 110; a determination unit 123 that determines, as to each of the moving bodies recognized by the recognition unit 122, whether or not the moving body is the moving body having the positional information device 200 on the basis of matching degree between the positional information acquired from the positional information acquisition unit 121 and the positional information recognized by the recognition unit 122; a provision unit 124 that provides a unique ID associated with the positional information device 200 to the moving body having the positional information device 200 determined by the determination unit 123; and a tracking unit 125 that requests movement trajectory of the positional information as to the moving body provided with the unique ID using the positional information recognized by the recognition unit 122.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de suivre un corps mobile ayant un dispositif d'informations de position associé à la fourniture d'un ID unique du dispositif d'informations de position. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de fourniture d'informations d'ID 100 qui comprend : une unité d'acquisition d'informations de position 121 qui obtient des informations de position d'un dispositif d'informations de position 200 appartenant à un corps mobile ; une unité de reconnaissance 122 qui reconnaît des informations de position du corps mobile à partir de données de groupe de points de télémétrie obtenues à partir d'un conducteur 110 ; une unité de détermination 123 qui détermine, en tant que chacun des corps mobiles reconnus par l'unité de reconnaissance 122, si le corps mobile est ou non le corps mobile ayant le dispositif d'informations de position 200 sur la base d'un degré de correspondance entre les informations de position obtenues à partir de l'unité d'acquisition d'informations de position 121 et les informations de position reconnues par l'unité de reconnaissance 122 ; une unité de fourniture 124 qui fournit un ID unique associé au dispositif d'informations de position 200 au corps mobile ayant le dispositif d'informations de position 200 déterminé par l'unité de détermination 123 ; et une unité de suivi 125 qui demande la trajectoire de mouvement des informations de position concernant le corps mobile pourvu de l'ID unique à l'aide des informations de position reconnues par l'unité de reconnaissance 122.
