The present invention relates to a factory illuminating lamp, a lamp angle adjusting mechanism and an illuminating lamp mounting adjusting method. The illuminating lamp is composed of an inner insulating cover sleeved in an insulating housing, radiators sequentially mounted in an enclosure space formed by the insulating housing and the inner insulating cover, an LED aluminum substrate and a lampshade connected to the bottom of the radiators via fixing elements, and a lamp angle adjusting mechanism mounted at the top of the insulating housing. The mounting method comprises: mounting, outside the radiators, the insulating housing made of a heat-conducting nylon plastic material; fixing the LED aluminum substrate to a lower portion of the radiators using screws; mounting the lampshade below the LED aluminum substrate using screws; and mounting, on an internal bare surface of the radiators, the inner insulating cover made of the heat-conducting nylon plastic material, so that the radiators form an electrifying circuit component with an internal electrifying part, and the fastening screws are all covered. Forced insulation is formed, thereby solving high voltage and lightning surge test problems caused by an AC problem.

La présente invention concerne une lampe d'éclairage d'usine, un mécanisme de réglage d'angle de lampe et un procédé de réglage de montage de lampe d'éclairage. La lampe d'éclairage est composée d'un couvercle isolant interne emmanché dans un boîtier isolant, de radiateurs montés de manière séquentielle dans un espace d'enceinte formé par le boîtier isolant et le couvercle isolant interne, d'un substrat en aluminium à DEL et d'un abat-jour connecté au fond des radiateurs par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de fixation et d'un mécanisme de réglage d'angle de lampe monté au sommet du boîtier isolant. Le procédé de montage comprend : le montage, à l'extérieur des radiateurs, du boîtier isolant composé d'un matériau plastique en nylon thermoconducteur ; la fixation du substrat en aluminium à DEL à une partie inférieure des radiateurs au moyen de vis ; le montage de l'abat-jour sous le substrat en aluminium à DEL au moyen de vis ; et le montage, sur une surface nue interne des radiateurs, du couvercle isolant interne composé du matériau plastique en nylon thermoconducteur, de sorte que les radiateurs forment un composant de circuit d'électrification avec une partie d'électrification interne, et les vis de fixation sont toutes couvertes. Une isolation forcée est formée, ce qui permet de résoudre des problèmes de test de haute tension et de surtension due à la foudre provoqués par un problème de courant alternatif.

本发明涉及工厂用照明灯、灯具角度调整机构及照明灯安装调整方法。照明灯由套装在绝缘壳体内的绝缘内罩、绝缘壳体与绝缘内罩的封闭空间内顺序安装的散热器、通过固定元件连接在散热器底部的LED铝基板和灯罩、绝缘壳体顶部安装的灯具角度调整机构组成。安装方法:在散热器的外部组装用导热尼龙塑料材料制成的绝缘壳体;用螺丝把LED铝基板固定在散热器下部;在LED铝基板下面用螺丝组装灯罩;在散热器内部裸露表面组装用导热尼龙塑料材料制成的绝缘内罩,将与内部通电部分形成通电回路部件的散热器和紧固螺钉全部遮盖。形成强制绝缘,解决了因AC问题导致的高压和雷击测试问题。
