Embodiments of the present specification provide a method and a device for processing a video signal by using inter prediction. A method for processing an image signal, according to an embodiment of the present specification, comprises the steps of: acquiring a motion vector difference (MVD) for a current block; determining the resolution of the MVD on the basis of information about an adaptive motion vector resolution (AMVR) and information about a reference picture; scaling the MVD according to the resolution; determining a motion vector for the current block on the basis of the scaled MVD and a motion vector predictor; and generating a prediction sample for the current block on the basis of the motion vector.

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé et un dispositif destinés à traiter un signal vidéo à l'aide d'une interprédiction. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne également un procédé de traitement d'un signal d'image comprenant les étapes consistant à : acquérir une différence de vecteur de mouvement (MVD) pour un bloc actuel ; déterminer la résolution de la MVD sur la base d'informations concernant une résolution de vecteur de mouvement adaptative (AMVR) et d'informations concernant une image de référence ; mettre à l'échelle la MVD en fonction de la résolution ; déterminer un vecteur de mouvement pour le bloc actuel sur la base de la MVD mise à l'échelle et d'un prédicteur de vecteur de mouvement ; et générer un échantillon de prédiction pour le bloc actuel sur la base du vecteur de mouvement.

본 명세서의 실시예들은 인터 예측을 사용하여 비디오 신호 처리 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 명세서의 실시예에 따른 영상 신호의 처리 방법은, 현재 블록에 대한 움직임 벡터 차분값(motion vector difference, MVD)를 획득하는 단계와, 적응적 움직임 벡터 해상도 (adaptive motion vector resolution, AMVR)에 대한 정보 및 참조 픽처에 대한 정보에 기반하여 상기 MVD의 해상도를 결정하는 단계와, 상기 해상도에 따라 상기 MVD를 스케일링 하는 단계와, 상기 스케일링된 MVD 및 움직임 벡터 예측자(motion vector predictor)에 기반하여 상기 현재 블록에 대한 움직임 벡터를 결정하는 단계와, 상기 움직임 벡터에 기반하여 상기 현재 블록에 대한 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
