A cloud server (1) is communicably connected to an air conditioner (2) and a mobile terminal device (3) via the internet (5), and controls a scheduled operation of the air conditioner (2). The cloud server (1) is equipped with: an operation-advisable situation prediction unit (14) that, on the basis of external information acquired via the internet (5), predicts an operation-advisable situation in which operation of the air-conditioner (2) is advisable; and an operation guidance unit (16) that, prior to a predicted operation-advisable situation, notifies the mobile terminal device (3) regarding prompting a scheduled operation of the air conditioner (2) based on the operation-advisable state.

L'invention concerne un serveur en nuage (1) qui est connecté en communication à un climatiseur (2) et à un dispositif de terminal mobile (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'internet (5) et qui commande un fonctionnement programmé du climatiseur (2).
