Abstract

This aluminum nitride sintered compact contains 100 parts by weight of AlN, at least one type of nitride selected from the group consisting of nitrides of Zr and Ti at a quantity of 3-20 parts by weight in terms of oxide as an additive, and 1-10 parts by weight of Y2O3 as a sintering aid. The sintered compact has an oxygen content of 1.8 wt% or less and a thermal conductivity of 130 W/m·K or more.

L'invention concerne une pièce compacte frittée de nitrure d'aluminium contenant 100 parties en poids d'AlN, au moins un type de nitrure sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des nitrures de Zr et de Ti, dans une quantité de 3 à 20 parties en poids d'un oxyde en tant qu'additif, et de 1 à 10 parties en poids d'Y2O3 en tant qu'auxiliaire de frittage. La pièce compacte frittée selon l'invention présente une teneur en oxygène de 1,8 % en poids ou inférieure et une conductivité thermique de 130 W/m·K ou suprérieure.

窒化アルミニウム焼結体は、100重量部のAlNと、添加剤として酸化物換算で3~20重量部のZr、Tiの群から選択される窒化物の少なくとも一種と、焼結助剤として1~10重量部のYとを含有する窒化アルミニウム焼結体であって、焼結体中の酸素含有量が1.8重量%以下であり、熱伝導率が130W/m・K以上である。
