The present invention provides a process for producing a plurality of Neddylation site modified AAV vectors. In one embodiment, the process comprises predicting a plurality of Neddylation sites on AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence based on relatively high confidence targets, wherein the AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence being set forth in Protein ID- YP_680426.1; and producing the plurality of Neddylation site modified AAV vectors based on predicted plurality of neddylation sites on AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence. The present invention for the first time highlights the role of Neddylation during AAV infection and its impact on generating novel AAV vectors with improved efficiency for ocular and hepatic gene therapy.

La présente invention concerne un processus de production d'une pluralité de vecteurs AAV modifiés par un site de neddylation. Dans un mode de réalisation, le processus consiste à prédire une pluralité de sites de neddylation sur une séquence de protéines de capside VP1 AAV sur la base de cibles de confiance relativement élevée, la séquence de protéines de capside VP1 AAV étant présentée dans la protéine ID-YP_680426.1 ; et produire la pluralité de vecteurs AAV modifiés par un site de neddylation sur la base d'une pluralité prédite de sites de neddylation sur la séquence de protéines de capside VP1 AAV. La présente invention met pour la première fois en évidence le rôle de la neddylation pendant une infection par AAV et son impact sur la génération de nouveaux vecteurs AAV avec une efficacité améliorée pour une thérapie génique oculaire et hépatique.
