A method for preparing high-purity riboflavin sodium phosphate, comprising: adjusting the pH value to 5.0-7.0; controlling the solution temperature at 20-40℃, and adding an ethanol aqueous solution with a concentration of 95% (ml/ml); reducing the temperature to 3-5℃ and waiting for a solid to precipitate; filtering the solid, and drying a filter cake to obtain a pure product, the riboflavin sodium phosphate. The method is suitable for the large-scale isolation and purification of a riboflavin sodium phosphate product with a purity of at least 99% from a biological enzyme reaction liquid or biological fermentation broth.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de phosphate de riboflavine sodique de haute pureté, comprenant les étapes consistant à : ajuster la valeur du pH à 5,0-7,0 ; réguler la température de la solution à 20-40 °C, et ajouter une solution aqueuse d'éthanol avec une concentration de 95 % (ml/ml) ; réduire la température à 3-5 °C et attendre la précipitation d'un solide ; filtrer le solide, et sécher un gâteau de filtration pour obtenir un produit pur, le phosphate de riboflavine sodique. Le procédé est approprié pour l'isolement et la purification à grande échelle d'un produit de phosphate de riboflavine sodique avec une pureté d'au moins 99 % à partir d'un liquide de réaction enzymatique biologique ou d'un bouillon de fermentation biologique.

一种高纯度核黄素磷酸钠的制备方法,该方法包括:调节pH值至5.0~7.0;控制溶液温度为20~40℃,并加入浓度为95%(ml/ml)的乙醇水溶液;降温至3~5℃,等待固体析出;过滤,滤饼经干燥处理后即得核黄素磷酸钠纯品。该方法适宜规模化从生物酶反应液或生物发酵液中分离纯化纯度在99%以上的核黄素磷酸钠产品。
