A method for preparing high-purity NAD, comprising: adjusting a pH value to 6.0-8.0, removing insoluble substances, heating to 35 ± 1°C, adding ethanol, cooling to 6 ± 0.5°C, crystallizing, filtering, heating a filtrate to 25-30°C, adjusting the pH value to 1.5-3.0, adding an NAD seed crystal, cooling to 12 ± 0.5°C, crystallizing, adding ethanol again after crystallinity reaching 40%, cooling to 3 ± 0.5°C, crystallizing, filtering after the crystallinity being above 90%, and drying a filter cake to obtain a high-purity NAD product.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de NAD de grande pureté, consistant à : ajuster une valeur de pH à 6,0-8,0, éliminer des substances insolubles, chauffer à 35 ± 1 °C, ajouter de l'éthanol, refroidir à 6 ± 0,5 °C, cristalliser, filtrer, chauffer le filtrat à 25-30 °C, ajuster la valeur de pH à 1,5-3,0, ajouter un germe cristallin de NAD, refroidir à 12 ± 0,5 °C, cristalliser, ajouter de l'éthanol à nouveau après une cristallinité atteignant 40 %, refroidir à 3 ± 0,5 °C, cristalliser, filtrer après une cristallinité supérieure à 90 %, et sécher un gâteau de filtration pour obtenir un produit de NAD de grande pureté.

一种制备高纯度NAD的方法,包括:调pH值至6.0~8.0,除去不溶物,升温至35±1℃,并加入乙醇,降温至6±0.5℃,结晶,过滤,将滤液升温至25~30℃,调pH值至1.5~3.0,加入NAD晶种,降温至12±0.5℃,结晶,待结晶率达到40%时,再加入乙醇,降温至3±0.5℃,结晶,待结晶率在90%以上时,过滤,滤饼经干燥后即得高纯度NAD产品。
