Abstract

This copper-covered steel wire comprises: a core wire which is formed from steel; and a cover layer which covers the outer circumferential surface of the core wire, and which is formed from copper or a copper alloy. The cover layer contains an intermediate layer which is arranged in a region that includes the interface between the cover layer and the core wire, and which has a higher zinc concentration than the other regions of the cover layer.

Ce fil d'acier recouvert de cuivre comprend : un fil central qui est formé à partir d'acier ; et une couche de recouvrement qui recouvre la surface circonférentielle externe du fil central, et qui est formée à partir de cuivre ou d'un alliage de cuivre. La couche de recouvrement contient une couche intermédiaire qui est disposée dans une région qui comprend l'interface entre la couche de recouvrement et le fil central, et qui a une concentration en zinc plus élevée que les autres régions de la couche de couverture.
