The present invention relates to a water-repellent and lipophilic composite needle-punched non-woven fabric and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: blending PET fiber with polyolefin fiber in a mass ratio of 3:1-1:3, and carrying out needling to obtain a composite needle-punched non-woven fabric; carrying out hot-drying treatment on the composite needle-punched non-woven fabric at 110-160°C, the treatment time being 40-90 min; carrying out padding and water-repellent finishing on the hot-dried fabric by using an aqueous solution of a modified resinous fluorine-free waterproof agent with the concentration of 50-70 mL/L, the air pressure of the padding and water-repellent finishing being 1.8 kPa, and the liquid rate being 160-230%; and drying to obtain the water-repellent and lipophilic composite needle-punched non-woven fabric. The preparation method is simple, the water repellency, lipophilicity and tensile strength of the prepared composite needle-punched non-woven fabric are obviously improved compared with the fabric before treatment.

La présente invention concerne un tissu non tissé aiguilleté composite hydrophobe et lipophile et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : mélanger une fibre de PET avec une fibre de polyoléfine selon un rapport de masse de 3:1 à 1:3, et effectuer un aiguilletage pour obtenir un tissu non tissé aiguilleté composite ; effectuer un traitement de séchage à chaud sur le tissu non tissé aiguilleté composite à une température de 110 à 160 °C, le temps de traitement étant de 40 à 90 min ; réaliser un rembourrage et une finition hydrofuge sur le tissu séché à chaud à l'aide d'une solution aqueuse d'un agent résineux hydrophobe sans fluor modifié ayant une concentration de 50 à 70 ml/l, la pression d'air du rembourrage et de la finition hydrofuge étant de 1,8 kPa et le taux de liquide étant de 160 à 230 % ; et sécher pour obtenir le tissu non tissé aiguilleté composite hydrophobe et lipophile. Le procédé de préparation est simple, l'hydrophobie, la lipophilie et la résistance à la traction du tissu non tissé aiguilleté composite préparé sont nettement améliorées par rapport au tissu avant traitement.

本发明涉及一种拒水亲油复合针刺无纺布及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将PET纤维与聚烯烃类纤维按照质量比为3:1-1:3进行共混,经针刺得到复合针刺无纺布;将复合针刺无纺布在110-160℃下进行热烘处理,处理时间为40-90min;采用浓度为50-70mL/L的改性树脂类无氟防水剂水溶液对热烘处理过的织物进行浸轧拒水整理,浸轧拒水整理的气压为1.8kPa,带液率为160%-230%,烘干后得到拒水亲油复合针刺无纺布。本发明的制备方法简单,相对于处理前的织物,所制备的复合针刺无纺布的拒水性、亲油性、拉伸强度得到明显提升。
