Abstract

A large-current flow guide component and an on-board charger having the same. The large-current flow guide component has a rectangular copper bar (1). The copper bar (1) is bent 90 degrees at a middle portion thereof, so as to divide the copper bar (1) into a horizontal copper bar section (2) and a vertical copper bar section (3). A first through hole (4) is provided at a terminal portion of the horizontal copper bar section (2) for screw connection to a copper post (5) of an output connector. A terminal portion of the vertical copper bar section (3) is provided with multiple soldering pins (6) shaped like comb teeth. The soldering pins (6) pass through a circuit board (7) from bottom to top, and are soldered thereto. When compared with the prior art, the large-current flow guide component provides reliable electrical contact, and is free of installation stresses or excessive impedance; has a superior flow guiding effect, a filtering function, and an anti-electromagnetic interference EMC function; and has a wide range of applications in on-board chargers (OBC), DC-DC voltage converters, and related integrated products.

L'invention concerne un composant de guidage d'écoulement à courant élevé et un chargeur embarqué doté de celui-ci. Le composant de guidage d'écoulement à courant élevé a une barre de cuivre rectangulaire (1). La barre de cuivre (1) est pliée à 90 degrés au niveau d'une partie centrale de celle-ci, de façon à diviser la barre de cuivre (1) en une section de barre de cuivre horizontale (2) et une section de barre de cuivre verticale (3). Un premier trou traversant (4) est disposé au niveau d'une partie terminale de la section de barre de cuivre horizontale (2) pour une connexion par vis à un montant de cuivre (5) d'un connecteur de sortie. Une partie terminale de la section de barre de cuivre verticale (3) comporte de multiples broches de brasage (6) formées comme des dents de peigne. Les broches de brasage (6) passent à travers une carte de circuit imprimé (7) de bas en haut, et sont soudées à celle-ci. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, le composant de guidage d'écoulement à courant élevé fournit un contact électrique fiable, et est exempt de contraintes d'installation ou d'impédance excessive ; a un effet de guidage d'écoulement supérieur, une fonction de filtrage, et une fonction CEM d'interférence anti-électromagnétique ; et a une large gamme d'applications dans des chargeurs embarqués (OBC), des convertisseurs de tension CC-CC, et des produits intégrés apparentés.
